They are very dedicated (i.e. they did video tours of the house for us when we weren't able to make some private viewings) and responsive to any questions you may have and they guide you through the whole process. They have construction/building background and have expertise in evaluating the quality of the homes, making sure there is no major structural issues, and also providing suggestions on potential improvements (as well as estimated cost). I was very impressed with that as other realtors that I have dealt with often do not have this kind of knowledge. They also know the value of the homes and the nearby comparables well and provide advices on the offer prices (in some case, they will hold us back from bidding too much at the beginning). Their assistant, Carly, is also very efficient in dealing with the documentations and the work is always done ahead of time. You are dealing with a good team when working with Ralph. On offer nights, Ralph and Dan knows how to build rapport with the seller agents and that makes it easy for us especially in gauging where we are in our offer and what we actually need to be competitive. Overall, it's a good experience with Ralph and his team.
